With 21 years of distinguished service in the Army as a skilled helicopter and airplane pilot, Roger brings acute attention to detail, adaptability, and integrity under high-pressure situations. He has flown for numerous high-ranking officials, including the Vice President of the United States and foreign dignitaries, even leading the Presidential helicopter on a significant flight to the DMZ in Korea. His unique background shapes his ability to handle complex transactions, prioritize client needs, and deliver exceptional results.

Having moved frequently throughout his career, Roger truly understands the excitement and stress that come with any move, near or far. With an emphasis on open communication and tailored guidance, Roger ensures every client feels valued, confident, and supported throughout the process.

Now delighted to call the Triangle home, Roger and his family appreciate the kindness of the community, the lush green spaces, and the area’s beauty. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, motorcycling, camping, and cheering on his three daughters in their sports and arts activities.

Fun fact: Despite a love for flying, bungee jumping, and skydiving, Roger is actually afraid of heights! Don’t ask him to climb a ladder for you!
