Remember that this data is based on the median price, so for example, homes in Cary in the $200’s may still be seeing larger price increases, but that median price point of $373,000 does not appear to be continuing the increase as quickly as it has in the past.
If you are in Cary or Apex and in the $300k price point or above, and have been considering selling, now might be a good time to pull the trigger.
