It really does look like something you would see in the movies.
- Location: Sunset Lake Village is located on the east side of Holly Springs, near the intersection of Sunset Lake Road and Holly Springs Road. It’s about 5 minutes from the new I-540 intersection that is currently under construction. It’s about a 30-40 minute drive into RTP during rush hour and about the same distance into downtown Raleigh.
- Shopping and Amenities: Sunset Lake is conveniently located a mile from Sunset Lake Commons, a smaller shopping center with an anchor Harris Teeter, as well as some good restaurants, a custom butcher shop, a gym and a really nice women’s boutique. Big box shopping is about 10 minutes away in Holly Springs Town Center, and upscale restaurants, bars, boutiques and other shopping are also 10 minutes away in the Holly Springs Village district.
