Holly Springs Town Center, Waverly Place in Cary and downtown Apex are all between 10-15 minutes. This area does feel a little more removed, in a luxurious way, but it is about 10 minutes from the new Fuquay/Garner Costco.
Middle Creek Park and amenities are about a mile away. There you’ll find a playground, disc golf, access to miles of greenway trails and a community center with pickleball, an open gym and tons of classes for adults and kids. Middle Creek is managed by the town of Cary. All amenities are open to everyone, but classes cost more for non-Cary residents.
