Village of Sippihaw $300s – Upper $500s
Another charming little village in Fuquay, homes in the Village of Sippihaw, while smaller, have class and style. This is where I often recommend for people who prefer a smaller home, but are looking for a more custom feel rather than entry level. In these well built homes, you’ll see features like big beautiful windows with views of charming back gardens, custom dual room fireplaces, or beadboard front porch ceilings. There are lots of southern front porches! While this neighborhood is a bit older, some homes have been updated and those that haven’t, have good bones!
