For example, if you make your closing date longer than 30 days, you’ll probably want to increase the amount of the deposit.
The second deposit is the earnest money deposit. This one is a little less competitive since it is a refundable deposit, under certain conditions. Liam generally recommends a $2000 earnest money deposit in Cary NC.
What inspections should I get when buying a home in Cary NC

1) a general home inspection. You always want to start your due diligence by doing a general home inspection. This can save you a lot of money in additional inspections.
