Ellen is the founder of Harmony and our in-house marketing strategist and numbers guru. She’s an expert in analyzing the real estate market and loves digging into the data. With her extensive experience in real estate and marketing, Ellen ensures your property is competitively priced and that it gets the attention it deserves. Ellen and Timothy have lived in the Triangle since 2000 and have 4 children and 3 grandchildren!

Originally from South Florida, Ellen has been studying the real estate market here in Raleigh for the past 25 years. Her focus has always been on educating her clients (and the public), believing that informed buyers and sellers make the best decisions in their own best interests. Her YouTube channel and her Blog were created to help educate everyone about, not only buying and selling real estate, but about living in the Triangle and its many wonderful communities.

“When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen. I love to cook! Especially if I grew the food myself or if it came from one of my farming friends. I spent 4 years on a small hobby farm in Granville County, growing nearly everything our family ate. That experience was transformational for me. Although family circumstances forced us to move back to the city, I hold the memories close and live vicariously through my clients, some of whom have realized their farming and urban farming dreams.”
