The Creeks at Weston is a small community consisting of 98 town homes tucked into an incredibly convenient north Cary location. Walkable shops and amenities include Park West Village, a movie theatre, extensive restaurants and shops, multiple grocery stores including Earthfare, a North Carolina based organic grocer. While the community does not have it’s own pool, community memberships are available just a mile away at the Silverton Community Swim Club for very reasonable annual fees.
On site amenities include walking trails, children’s playground and a stunning covered gathering area with stone fireplace. 
The community expects to be built out by fall 2017.
Homes range from 2 stories, just under 2000 square feet to 3 stories (including finished basement) around 3200 square feet. Prices range from the $360’s to the $480’s. M/I delivers a beautiful product at this price point for the money.
