Mor at Silverton is a year round aquatic center in the North Cary area. Mor has separate summer and winter membership opportunities, swim team, and a concessions area. The pool is covered and heated in the winter, and the cover is removed in summer.

Cary Swim Club is a family recreation are which provides access to swim and tennis facilities in Cary. There is a diving board, lap lane and swim team available for members. They also host regular social activities for members. Cary Swim Club offers summer season memberships.
Triangle Aquatic Center is a state of the art facility opened in 2007 to meet the growing needs of the Triangle. Currently they provide 3 indoor pools:
50 Meter Competition Pool
In 2019 they plan to add an outdoor 50 Meter pool. The facility also consists of a poolside grill and swim gear shop. Triangle Aquatics offers daily, monthly and annual admissions prices.
MARC is a pool and tennis facility open for membership to local families and singles. The pool hosts a swim team, has a snack shack and covered game area with fooseball and table tennis. Medfield offers summer seasonal pool memberships.
