Part of what makes the Triangle area unique is that the many towns and cities of the Triangle all have very different personalities. Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Cary might all be right next to each other, but they have their own distinct vibe. Likewise each town in the greater Raleigh area has its own history and trajectory. Of course, within each city and town are a multitude of different housing options, and many communities and subdivisions have their own personalities as well. Cary, centered in the heart of the Raleigh-Durham Metro, is the gold standard for suburban living.
Chapel Hill is known for its charming blend of Southern hospitality and progressive, cosmopolitan flair.

As the largest city in the Triangle, Raleigh has a wide variety of neighborhoods from upscale enclaves, to master-planned communities, and entry-level communities.
Rolesville, once a small farming community, is a rapidly growing suburban area just outside of Wake Forest, NC.
Sanford, to the southwest of Raleigh, has an incredibly quaint historic downtown and is one of our towns to watch. It is growing!
Just northeast of Raleigh, Wake Forest is one of the fastest growing and most popular suburbs in the Triangle.
Wendell, NC is a beautiful town in Eastern Wake County that’s still small enough to have that “small town feel.”
Zebulon, on the east side of Raleigh, is another growing Triangle town which still maintains a small-town feel.
