Our photographer will make your home look like the cover of a magazine. Then we list and market your home.
How it works
Getting the most money for your home has never been easier!
1. The Profit Maximization Analysis
The Profit Maximization Analysis (PMA) show you what price your home is likely to sell for and the improvements you can make before listing that have a positive Return on Investment. If you would like to make improvements, we offer a low-interest loan payable upon closing, to make those adjustments. No upfront money out of your pocket. Learn more about the PMA here.
2. We Manage Everything
If you chose to make improvements, we can manage the whole project. We will use our preferred contractors, schedule them for you, and can even be at the house to manage them if you are unavailable. Of course you are free to use your own, or to do the work yourself. It is your home!
3. Staging & Home Prep
Once any repairs or improvements you have decided on are complete, our team comes into your home to clean, declutter, and stage your home for photos. We come with packing supplies, and all the clutter from your home gets packed, labeled, and inventoried. We bring in staging material, and without lifting a finger, your home is ready for photographing and listing.
4. Expert Advice
We pride ourselves on our negotiation skills. Throughout the transaction you can count on us to dutifully, and creatively, protect your financial investment. Selling a home is stressful, but our service and experience mitigates stress and protects your time.
